From what I see of past posts, these people are telemarketers who scam you into getting your money. please stop calling my phone, even though I won't answer phone numbers that I don't know.

I don't know who this phone belong to but it sky rocket my T mobile cell phone bill I don't even know anybody in Africa and I have never been there.

They have called my cell phone three times today, but have not left a message. If they won't leave a message, then I guess it isn't worth answering
